Rent Is Due is a darkly comic landlord management sim about rent, debt, repairs, tenants, and consequences.

You borrow to buy homes, then use tenant rent to survive the mortgage clock. Every cycle pushes you to choose a strategy: extract more rent, defer repairs, clean up legal pressure, repair the building, or buy goodwill before the machine breaks.

It is confusing at first. It could use a better tutorial or UI to make it easier to understand. Then once I understood how the different things functioned, the game was too easy.

I agree that the first few minutes need to explain the core loop better. I’m working on a patch that makes the opening tutorial and UI guidance more direct, so new players can understand what to watch, what to click, and why the pressure is rising.

I’m also adjusting the difficulty curve. The goal is to keep the early game readable, but make the mid and late game push back harder once the player understands the systems.

This feedback is very useful, and the next patch will focus on tutorial clarity and balance.

问题多多:

1.构件不买完就只能卡在选项里。我当前资金没问题,为了下个选项还是得买换债。

2.应付款和贷款额脱钩。导致游戏后面欠债越来越少,应付款却越来越高。

3.构件描述与实际效果不符。比如网红租客的构建描述是入住率+0.03%,现金流明细里却有网红租客+2/秒现金流。

4.合同需要比消费更高的金额才能签约。

5.运营策略的租客服务直接省略了效果。
