Panic Index is a dark satirical strategy prototype about crisis markets, public emotion, and institutional pressure.

You run Black Swan Capital, a fictional risk fund operating in a fictional world. Each week, read the news, build positions, fund narratives, lobby institutions, reserve logistics, and decide when to exit. The market rewards early action, but every profitable move raises pressure from governments, citizens, rival funds, and the fund's own moral debt.

This is not a game about commanding armies or controlling real countries. It is a systems-driven satire about how markets react when fear, scarcity, trust, and greed become tradable signals.
