Monster Tenants

Monster Tenants is a compact landlord strategy game about renting rooms to supernatural tenants while surviving bank debt.

Every event gives you two choices. Each choice pushes four meters in different directions: Cash, Building Condition, Tenant Mood, and Reputation. If any meter hits zero, the run collapses.

Survive six months, discover strange tenants, unlock collection progress, and keep renting into increasingly dangerous lease cycles.
